Meet Katy

A mentor who'sactually built it.

Story To Sell™ didn't start when I entered the business world.
It started when I was a little girl carrying a book everywhere I went.

I was the kid who stayed in from recess to read in the classroom, the high school library helper who wanted first access to every new book, and eventually became a seventh-grade reading teacher who spent ten years helping students understand the power of a great story.

Books shaped my life. Stories shaped my perspective.

Today, I help business owners use stories strategically, but at my core, I'm still just that bookworm who believes stories are one of the most powerful tools we have for building trust, creating connection, and helping people feel understood.

01

The Business

Katy has built multi-million dollar sales organization throughout her 14 years industry experience, mentoring hundreds of women into their first six figures along the way. That experience, what worked, what didn't, and what nobody was teaching became the foundation of Story To Sell™.
02

The Podcast

Direct Sales Done Right has crossed 2 million downloads, becoming a long-running home for honest conversations about storytelling, leadership, and the messy middle of building a business that lasts.
03

The Author

An Amazon bestselling author, Katy's writing returns again and again to the same question: how do women in business get heard, trusted, and sought after without losing themselves in the process? Her Amazon best-seller is a top recommended read for all network marketers. She's also the author of The Back Pocket Prayer Journal. Both reads are currently sold on Amazon.
04

The Leader

After more than a decade leading teams of women through the highs of growth and the realities of burnout, Katy speaks and consults on leadership that actually scales and stories that actually sell. Katy is currently leading a million dollar sales team with Neora, a leading network marketing organization committed to sales integrity, leadership development, and product innovation.
05

The Personal

Katy is a Stage 4 cancer survivor, storyteller, and lover of strong coffee (with a splash of oat milk). When she's not working, you'll usually find her lost in a good book, chasing sunsets, or cheering from the stands at one of her boys' hockey games. She's also married to her college sweetheart, a hockey player turned coach. Go figure.
Philosophy

"Your story matters. The stories you choose to tell matter more."

Let's find the storyonly you can tell.
