Ingredients for Tomato Basil Soup
Serves 4
3 cups tomato sauce
1 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 tsp shredded cheese
4 tbl fresh basil
Directions
- Combine tomato sauce and broth in a large sauce pan, cook over low-medium heat for 5-8 minutes until it reaches a boil. Then reduce to simmer.
- Add yogurt. Mix well for about one minute until heated through.
- Top with 1 tsp. cheese & 1 tbl basil
