Let’s be real. A “diet” doesn’t change your life. A “weight loss” quick fix program isn’t going going to promote long term health
But a lifestyle program that hits the source of your issues (with food, with dietart concerns, with cravings)- that’s a different ballgame. That’s Whole30. Whole30 is a program that promotes long term health. Whole30 focuses on the bigger issues behind your health struggles. It gets you back to the foods that your body naturally craves, and above all, for me, it slays the sugar dragon.
I’ve talked openly about how this program partnered along with the book, Made to Crave has changed the way I, as a health coach, have looked at nutrition and mindset. Completing Whole30 for the second time, has been a rewarding experience, both mentally and physically.
Here’s What I’ve experienced from the program.

But it’s so much more than that. It’s about knowing you have total control over your food choices, knowing that food has an impact on your overall health, and it’s a feeling of complete accomplishment to know you’ve done 100% to benefit your body NOT punish it.
Diets don’t work. Learning about the way food impacts you and knowing you have the control, does.
The picture is a side by side. To be honest, the image on the left is more of a reflection of bloat- a reflection of the way my food choices negatively impact my body, my confidence, and my overall health. The image on the right is that of me- a real woman, with real curves, and real results 30 days without cheats, processed sugars, and loaded carbs.
There is nothing about this that’s a diet. Maybe the strict plan scares you, but I encourage you to draw a line. Figure out what’s holding you back, and punch that fear in the face. Get real with yourself.
