If there is one thing that I have learned in the two years, it is always to sweat for something bigger. As a coach and motivator I take my job pretty seriously. I’ve also spent a lot of days uncomfortable in my own skin. Good days were determined by a number on the scale.
I used to be:
The woman at the gym who was too afraid to use equipment because I had no clue how to use it.
I used to be:
The woman who would look at the weight, maybe do some curls and then put them back because I didn’t know what to do.
I used to be:
The girl on the treadmill doing cardio because well…I knew how to work a treadmill
I used to be:
The girl who started.
The girl who got frustrated.
The girl who quit.
I took diet pills.
I did a lot of cleanses.
I spent some time binge eating.
When I found the Accountability Community I became the kinda girl that:

What does the Accountability Community Involve?
This is a group designed for all levels of fitness.
- Participants will work out on their own time using one of the two programs mentioned above,
- Replace one meal a day with all natural, nutrient dense shakeology
- Check into the group for tips motivation, recipes, support and additional meal plan support.
- Spend time reflecting on the things you are grateful for, the things that too often get overlooked
What is an Accountability Community?

- Provided meal plans, recipes, snack ideas, and party treats to help you stay accountable without ever feeling deprived

- Keep these workouts short- 30 minutes.
