Half way through the program and you guys! Holy cow I need to talk to SOMEONE about my results! Normally I would raise an eyebrow to this but tonight I am writing this to tell you that I am D-O-N-E with the scale.
Let’s talk about NON-SCALE VICTORIES:
- Jeans are really loose in the waist and tight in the quads. You know what that means??? Goodbye fat and hello muscle tone!
- I am starting to see a change in my strength- especially my arms.
- I am driven by the results which makes it easier to say no to the usual holiday temptations.
- I have lost 6 inches in my waist and hips.
- Increased energy and an incredible desire to WANT to workout.
I find it incredibly rewarding to realize that only 4 weeks ago my body wasn’t strong enough to do what it can now. And it’s also pretty rewarding to see others take notice of my results and Mike’s results!

Results During Travel?
Mike and I took the kiddos away for a few nights this past week. In the past we would have easily thrown in our workouts and results, but this trip we stayed on track. We packed healthy snacks and made healthy decisions in the restaurant!

When we stopped on the turnpike, we selected salads and of course our go to nutrient dense complete meal replacement. Now you guys know I am totally selective when it comes to the foods I select. I really try to stick with a pretty natural diet. I want to know that what I am putting into my body is working for me LONG term as oppossed to a quick fix!
