My hybrid journey has finally come to an end, and I’ve got to tell you, I am pretty pleased with the results. Am I where I want to be? Nope. Not yet. But I am getting there, and I am closer today than I was 10 weeks ago for sure. Transformation pictures below – EEEKKKK!!!!!
It’s been a pretty busy week for me. Not only is it the week of Christmas, it’s also been a huge week for my Beachbody business and my team. Deadlines looming- Goals need to be met- and THE GIFT WRAPPING STILL NEEDS DONE!!!!But the good news is, it’s getting done, and I am hoping to share the BIG NEWS in the coming days!
Before I ever discovered shakeology or Beachbody or the love of Shauntervention, I struggled with my weight. I would do some serious yo-yo dieting, and I never really got how to use food as fuel. After baby number one, the weight didn’t come off. The scale didn’t move. I just felt, “Blah.” It’s so easy as a new mom, to fall into that cliche role, ya know. You just put so much of yourself into your kids- you lose sight of, you. I completely fell into this category. I just figured, this was gonna be as good as it gets. So, I smiled in the pictures. I played the role. But inside I was dying. I wasn’t me.
So, enter Beachbody. I bought Insanity, I joined a challenge group, and all the sudden the weight was coming off but more importantly, I was finding me again.
How do I handle 5 am workouts? ^^^ |
I got side tracked!!! Sorry! I am just super passionate about it!
Ok So yes, the T25/ Les Mills Hybrid is DONE. And I am so happy with my results. I feel confident. I feel strong. I feel energized. And most importantly, comfortable in my skin. There is no price tag you can put on that. When you feel good about yourself, you just feel good about everything else.
I get a ton of people tell me that it isn’t for them and they are just going to join a gym. No matter what, I always encourage people to do what they feel is best for them. But for me having someone there everyday to tell me to workout or hold me accountable was the missing piece. Yes, some days are tougher than others. Some days I don’t feel like doing it. But that feeling of being comfortable in my own skin is more valuable to me than an extra 30 minutes of sleep. It’s one thing I was willing to give up to make time for myself. (Yes, I am an E&E addict for the super early workouts.)
So here’s the BETA hybrid schedule! I didn’t do as much Les Mills Pump as I thought I would because Shaun T really kept me working through
And the moment of truth…
So what’s next. Well I’m hoping that’s where you’ll join me. I’m going to run a new challenge group beginning January 6th. All fitness levels welcome, and although I will be your coach, I am also there as a participant. I am looking for 10 people to join me in their personal fitness and health journey. We will motivate one another and keep each other accountable. Would you like this coveted spot? Please fill out the application here.
As always, please message me with any questions you may have! I look forward to hearing from you!
